Rainbow Trees Pathway was created from a belief that no child, young person or family should feel alone on their journey.
We are passionate about creating opportunities for young people to grow, belong and thrive through support that recognises their individuality, values their strengths and nurtures meaningful connections. By working collaboratively with families, schools, local authorities and wider communities, we help create environments where young people feel understood, empowered and able to reach their potential.
Everything we do is guided by compassion, connection and the understanding that positive outcomes happen when people work together.
What we do
We offer bespoke packages of support tailored to each young person's individual goals, interests and support requirements.
Delivered by our specialist mentors, sessions are shaped by trauma-informed and neuro-affirming practice, providing flexible opportunities for young people to engage in ways that feel meaningful, accessible and relevant to them.
Support is designed to evolve alongside the young person, ensuring their pathway continues to reflect their changing needs, aspirations and future ambitions.
